BIG-BAG sawdust separator for WMT-5 or WMT-7 fan

The frame of the separator makes it possible to freely place a euro pallet under a BIG-BAG bag and access with a forklift to pick up the full bag on the pallet.

The separator does not include a fan (please refer to the section "transport fans").

When purchasing, please let us know with which fan the separator will work - then we will prepare the separator to be connected under the appropriate diameter of the fan outlet.

The quoted price includes an elbow and a flexible hose.

Bag separators are not suitable for operation in explosion hazard zones!

There are two choices of filter fabric:

- Standard (grammage 100 g/m2) - works well for processing damp "wet" wood, all kinds of sawdust, shavings, shavings devoid of a large amount of good dust. It is characterized by extremely low flow resistance (which results in high "thrust force" at the machine) and easy cleaning with compressed air.

- Plus (weight 350 g/m2) - designed for plants where processing is carried out by grinding and other processes that generate fine dust. The fabric incorporates antistatic fibers to dissipate static electricity generated during friction. Requires more frequent cleaning to maintain adequate air permeability.
