We offer a service of dynamic balancing (balancing) of rotating elements of machines such as:
Rotor weight: from 1 to 300 kg.
Rotor diameter: up to fi 1500 mm.
Rotor length: up to 5 m.
Rotor balancing reduces machine vibration and bearing wear.
We recommend performing balancing already at the early symptoms of unbalance, because with too long a delay it can be enough not only to damage the bearings, but also the shaft itself or another part of the machine (a common case are broken pivots, the replacement of which in most cases is time-consuming and expensive).
For flail mower shafts, if necessary, we also carry out operations to straighten the shaft and replace crooked or broken pivots.
We can perform balancing on demand by appointment - the operation takes up to several hours.
We have three dynamic balancing machines with a wide range of applications and have many years of experience.
All movable and/or interchangeable working elements such as knives, flails, hammers, flails, etc., must be mounted on the shaft as they will work in the machine. If replacement of such components is planned at the time of balancing, it must be done before balancing. This is due to the fact that often a large part of the unbalance is due to different distances of the attachment of the components from the axis of the shaft or the difference in the weight of these components. These differences are often imperceptible to the naked eye, but after the shaft enters the rotation, they cause noticeable vibration.
Before balancing, the shaft must be removed from the machine and the bearings must be removed from the shaft journals - the shaft is supported by the journals in the balancer during balancing, so the shaft must be delivered with the journals installed.
Clean the shaft of dirt, including the inside - if there is any moving dirt in the shaft, balancing cannot be carried out, because each time it enters the rotation it will adhere to the shaft in a different place. The same happens when the machine is running.
The above-mentioned operations should be carried out on your own before delivering the shaft to our company.
