When working in the wood, metal or recycling industries, we often have to deal with high concentrations of dust and smoke in the air. We design fans for dusty air to have high resistance to the presence of dust in the transported air. The key element is a properly profiled impeller and a reinforced structure with increased resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage. Depending on the application, we can choose a direct, clutch or belt drive, as well as ATEX explosion-proof versions, which increase the safety of operation in environments with a higher risk of dust ignition. Each unit is thoroughly tested to ensure the best possible trouble-free performance. Depending on the anticipated operating conditions, we can select the characteristics of the fan, so our fans can cope with both short installation lengths and long systems, maintaining high efficiency.
Not every system requires the transport of contaminated material - many processes require the introduction of clean air into the equipment, or the pneumatic transport is done at positive pressure and the material is introduced behind the fan. The clean air fans we offer are characterized by high efficiency with low energy consumption, which translates into lower operating costs. We use dynamically balanced impellers, so the operation of the device is quiet and free from excessive vibration. Such fans are used in general ventilation systems, industrial air conditioning, as well as in processes requiring stable blowing or extraction of air free of particles. Depending on your needs, we can select solutions with different capacities, operating pressures and housing designs. Using an inverter, the user has control over the amount of air flowing through the system.
