a) These Regulations define the rules and technical conditions for the performance by MOVIMET AIR ROMUALD MOŹDZIERZ; www.movimet.pl of services by electronic means, in particular through websites, e-letters and other forms of communication using electronic means, and owned by Romuald Moździerz.
b) User using the www.movimet.pl website, and in particular subscribing to e-letters, accepts all the rules contained in these Regulations.
a) Commercial information - information given directly or indirectly to promote the goods (products), services or image of MOVIMET AIR ROMUALD MOŹDZIERZ.
b) Service - all activities provided electronically by www.movimet.pl in the area of sales, distribution of products and services via an ICT network, advertising, training, marketing, transportation, logistics, e-commerce services in the broad sense, etc., in particular access to information services on websites owned by Romuald Moździerz, files, forums and discussion groups, order forms and e-letter subscriptions, transaction pages, as well as provision of other services.
c) User - a recipient of services, i.e. any person who, in accordance with these Regulations and applicable laws, uses the Services of the website
d) Service Provider - MOVIMET AIR ROMUALD MOŹDZIERZ, 68 Józefów Street 63-313 Chocz, movimet@tlen.pl.
e) ICT System - a group of cooperating IT devices
and software, enabling provision of the Services, including ensuring processing and storage, as well as sending
and storage, as well as sending and receiving data via the Internet or e-mail.
f) Session - the amount of time a User spends on the Website. Thanks to the possibility of storing individual variables of the User, it allows to identify him/her accurately and to serve, for example, as a basis for the system of access rights in the area of a given site, or to preserve the preferences of a given User.
(a) Information Services consisting of providing content that is included on the websites owned by Romuald Moździerz and in e-letters sent by e-mail. The selection of the presented content is made by displaying a page with a specific URL to the User's personal inquiries, or by the User's selection of the appropriate topic of the
e-letter from among the e-letters provided by www.movimet.pl.
b) Promotional services based on sending by electronic means commercial information related to the offer of products and services offered by Romuald Moździerz, www.movimet.pl.
c) Ordering of products and services of the Service Provider in the online store or on the websites including the appropriate order forms.
d) Other services offered via the Internet by the Service Provider in the area of e.g. sales, distribution of products and services via ICT networks, advertising, training, marketing, transportation, logistics, broadly understood e-commerce services, etc.).
a) In order to properly use the Services, it is necessary to obtain a connection to the Internet and a properly configured Internet browser. We recommend widely available browsers, but the Service Provider is not responsible for problems arising from the use of browsers other than those cited.
b) The Service Provider reserves the right to offer the Services only under the terms described in these Terms and Conditions and after its acceptance by the User. The use of the websites belonging to the Service Provider, is treated as acceptance of the terms and conditions of offering the Services presented in the Regulations. Such acceptance is of a one-time nature and is valid until the User completes the Session. At the time of registration of active acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by a particular User (when filling in the order form), it will be in force until it is actively revoked by a particular User.
c) A User who is a natural person may use the Service anonymously or with the use of a pseudonym, unless the characteristics of the Service require the User to provide personal data and the necessity of providing personal data results from the manner of ordering
and implementation of a particular Service. In the case of use of the Service that is not in accordance with the Regulations or applicable regulations, the Service Provider reserves the right to process the User's personal data to the extent necessary to determine the User's liability. The Service Provider will inform the User about the processing of personal data for the above specified purpose, as well as about the User 's unauthorized activities with a request to stop them immediately.
a) Regulations are an integral part of the contracts concluded by the Service Provider with the User
for the provision of services by electronic means. The conclusion of the contract is reached by starting to use the Service.
b) These Regulations are made available to the Service Recipient free of charge through websites belonging to the Service Provider, in a form that allows downloading, recording and printing of these Regulations.
c) Anyone can and should read the Terms and Conditions before concluding a contract for the provision of Services.
d) The User may terminate the use of the ordered Service at any time without any further obligations, unless the applicable laws applicable to the legal nature of the service provided provide otherwise.
The complaint procedure will be considered by the Service Provider on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the principles of civil law and general rules in this regard.
a) The Administrator of Users' personal data processed in the course of providing the Services is MOVIMET AIR ROMUALD MOŹDZIERZ, 68 Józefów Street, 63-313 Chocz, (hereinafter also: ADO Personal Data Administrator). It makes every effort to protect Users' personal data from unauthorized access by third parties. The data is processed for the purpose of performing the Services, as well as in cases where it is necessary for the fulfillment of the legitimate purposes of the Service Provider, as Data Administrator, and for the purposes to which the User consents. Users' provision of their personal data is voluntary in each case. However, failure to provide the data specified as necessary makes it impossible to use the services of the site, as well as to place an order, resulting in the Service Provider's inability to fulfill it. Users, Service Recipients have the right to access and edit their data, as well as to request the cessation of processing of their data. ADO shall not be liable for any false data provided by the User.
b) Personal data contained in the order form shall be stored and processed by the Service Provider in the manner and for the purposes indicated in paragraph 7.1. of these Regulations, in accordance with the provisions of applicable law, in particular in accordance with the Act of 29.08.1997 on the protection of personal data
and its implementing regulations, as well as in accordance with the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
a) MOVIMET AIR ROMUALD MOŹDZIERZ, 68 Józefów St., 63-313 Chocz, NIP: 617-15-41-361, REGON 251099219, as an entity providing Services and Data Administrator, fully respects and protects the right to privacy of each User. In addition, it takes special care to process and protect Users' personal data in a manner that prevents access to such data by unauthorized persons, as well as against unauthorized use of the aforementioned data. It also ensures the security of use of the Services.
b) For the reasons indicated in Section 8.1., the Service Provider implements and uses appropriate technical solutions aimed at preventing third parties from interfering with Users' privacy. It is for these reasons that the full use of the Services requires registration and, following successful completion of the registration procedure and creation of a User profile, as well as logging in each time to the relevant Services of the Service Provider - if one has been created.
c) The Data referred to above is protected in accordance with applicable regulations using the best, technical security measures, including, among others, the server on which the software is located in a secured, specially designed room. The data is stored and processed using secure mechanisms to protect the transmission/transmission of personal data information.
d) Any questions related to the Service Provider's Privacy Policy should be addressed by e-mail, snail mail or telephone using the details provided in Section 1.
e) User Registration and Collection of Personal Data: In order to use the full Services, in many cases it is required that Users register using registration forms prepared especially for this purpose or register through authorized representatives of the Service Provider. In both cases, the scope of data provided is the same, and the data provided is protected to the same broad extent and with the same care, in accordance with applicable laws.
For the reasons outlined above, the following data must be provided in the registration form: e-mail address, first and last name, address/site, and optionally telephone number, and if you wish to receive an invoice, also Tax Identification Number (NIP). The login and password necessary for a registered User to log in, depending on the scope of the Services provided, are assigned to Users automatically or selected by the User during registration. The Service Provider allows changing e-mail address, password, contact details at any time. The User's registration is carried out taking into account the requirements of the Law on Personal Data Protection and the Law on the Provision of Electronic Services, referred to in these Regulations, in particular point 7 b.
f) The user to whom the personal data relate has the right to access and edit their content, as well as to demand the cessation of their processing. Such a request may be made by the user by e-mail, postal mail or telephone using the data contained in Section 1.
g) The User's consent to the Service Provider for the processing of personal data is given by unchecking a specific box in the registration form or subscription form,
and, in special cases, also by confirmation by clicking on the link sent to the e-mail address.
Based on the consent obtained from the User, the Personal Data Administrator has the right to process the personal data provided to it by the Users for marketing, promotional, commercial purposes. The data provided by the User may be processed for marketing purposes only by the Service Provider, as Data Administrator, and entities authorized by it in accordance with the regulations on personal data protection. By marketing purposes is defined the possibility of sending advertisements and sponsored links, transfer of data under the
appropriate agreement to cooperating partners, and telemarketing.
The User's consent to the processing of data by the Service Provider, as the Personal Data Administrator, may also refer to the sending of commercial information to the User (within the meaning of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means) by means of electronic communication, i.e. via the electronic mail address (e-mail address) provided by the User and/or in the form of text messages to the cell phone number provided by the User.
h) Personal data are entrusted to the Service Provider by Users, as a rule, voluntarily, with the proviso, however, that failure to provide in the course of registration, record the required data specified
in the individual regulations for the provision of services by electronic means makes it impossible to register, place an order and, consequently, to use part of the services provided by the Service Provider, and may prevent the processing of complaints. The collection of personal data processed by the Service Provider is reported by the ADO to the General Inspector of Personal Data.
i) Anyone who entrusts the Service Provider with his/her personal data has the right to access its content and to edit and update it. Provision is made for the exclusion of personal data from the collection maintained, especially in the event of termination or withdrawal from contracts for the provision of Services by the Service Provider.
(j) The Service Provider shall protect the personal data entrusted to it and shall make every effort to secure it against unauthorized access or use. The collection of collected personal data of Users is considered, as a separate database, in a special security zone ensuring proper protection. Full access to the database is granted to the group of persons specified in the Security Policy.
The Service Provider uses the mechanism of "cookies" files, which are saved by the server on the hard drive of the User's final device. The use of "cookies" is aimed at recognizing the User upon repeated use of the Service Provider's Services. This mechanism does not damage the User's terminal device and does not cause configuration changes in the User's terminal devices or in the software installed on these devices. "Cookies" are not intended to identify Users. The Data Administrator uses the mechanism of "cookies" for the following purposes: remembering information about the User; enabling the use of certain functions; verification and development of the offer; statistics;
a) Each user can disable the "cookies" mechanism in the web browser of his/her terminal device. The Service Provider emphasizes, however, that disabling "cookies" may nevertheless hinder or stop the use of the Services by a given user.

b) Information contained in "access logs"
The Service Provider collects data on the use of the Services it offers, including information on Users' IP addresses based on analysis of "access logs". The information collected in this way is used exclusively for statistical purposes and related to the administration of the Service Provider's portal servers. The Service Provider informs that, in accordance with the provision of Article 18(6) of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means, it is obliged to provide information on the aforementioned data, including computer IP numbers included in "access logs" at the appropriate request of authorized state authorities for the purposes of the proceedings conducted by these authorities.
c) Links to other websites.
The Service Provider places links on the pages of its portals that allow Users to go directly to other websites. These regulations do not cover websites operated by other entities, independent of the Service Provider These websites may have their own privacy policies and regulations, with which it is recommended to familiarize yourself.
d) Log Information.
When a User accesses the Service Provider's Services through a browser, application or other client, the Service Provider's servers automatically record certain information. The server logs may include information such as the network request, the type of interaction with the Service, the IP address, the type of browser, the language of the browser, the date and time the request was sent, and at least one cookie that uniquely identifies the User's browser or account.
e) Communications with Users
The Service Provider may store e-mails and other correspondence addressed to the User in order to answer questions, respond to requests and improve its Services. The User's email address may be used to contact the User regarding the Service Provider's Services.
(f) Unwanted Content.
The Service Provider shall take special care to monitor and remove from its sites any content that is in violation of Polish or international law, in particular, inciting racial, religious or ethnic hatred, as well as any manifestations of violence or pornography, other morally reprehensible content or content generally considered unethical.
g) Changes to the Privacy Policy
The content of the Privacy Policy may be recorded by printing, saving to a medium or downloading at any time from the pages of the Service Provider's sites. The content of this Privacy Policy may be subject to change, particularly as a result of the development of Internet technology, changes in the law relating to the protection of personal data and the offering of electronic services, as well as the ongoing development of the websites and the Service Provider's activities. Each user will be notified of the content of changes to the Privacy Policy by posting a message about such change on the Service Provider's website.
10Final Provisions
a) These Regulations are effective as of 15.01.2018.
b) The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally change the provisions of the Regulations. They may be caused by legislative changes, development of Internet technologies, changes introduced in the rules of use of the Service Provider's website. Amendments shall become effective upon posting of the amended text of the Terms and Conditions on the Service Provider's Web sites.
c) The law applicable to legal relations arising in connection with the provision of Services is Polish law.
d) In matters not covered by these Regulations, the applicable provisions of law shall apply,
in particular the provisions of the Act of 29.08.1997 on the protection of personal data, the Act of 18.07.2002 on the provision of electronic services, the Civil Code.
