Black steel pipes

Black steel pipes are recommended for transporting chips and sawdust in the lumber industry. Thanks to their large wall thickness, they are characterized by high abrasion resistance. Thanks to the durable anti-corrosion coating (powder coating and baking in an oven), they can serve for many years even with a large amount of transported material.

Galvanized steel pipes

Galvanized steel pipes work well in the carpentry industry, for transporting fine sawdust and dust. The advantage of this type of installation is that it is easy and quick to install, as well as full freedom in the angle of rotation of elbows and tees. Connecting ties for galvanized steel elements should be purchased separately. It should be noted that the galvanized steel elements we sell have a thicker wall than the commonly available ducting for clean air ventilation systems.

Combination installations

Combined installations are often used, where smaller diameter elements are made of galvanized steel and larger diameter elements are made of black steel. Connecting the two types of installations is done with two half-rings, which must be purchased separately.

Flexible hoses

As for flexible hoses, their length should be kept to a minimum due to the high resistance to flow. Hoses are used for short distances between the machine and the rigid pipe, as well as in the case of a moving machine head. When deciding on the purchase of flexible hoses, you need to pay special attention to the size of the notches inside the hose, as this has a decisive effect on the resistance to flow. The hoses we offer are characterized by very small internal notches, so that the highest possible air suction speed is achieved.

Possibility of combining different systems

It is possible to combine different systems - it is possible, for example, to connect some of the machines with galvanized pipes, and to make the remaining machines and the main trunk line with black steel pipes.
