Symmetrical and lateral distributors - directing air flow in harsh industrial environments
In pneumatic conveying systems, it is extremely important to be able to precisely separate or completely redirect the flow of air or bulk material between different sections of the pipeline. We design symmetrical and lateral manifolds to ensure smooth flow and minimal resistance, resulting in higher efficiency of the entire system. We make them from durable steel, resistant to abrasion and mechanical damage, and also in stainless steel or galvanized versions if necessary. Thanks to their solid construction, our manifolds maintain stable performance over years of intensive use.
Design and operation of symmetrical and lateral manifolds
The construction of the manifold depends on the type of transported medium, its density, flow rate and the requirements of the installation. Depending on the specific operation of the device, we can equip them with different mechanisms for regulating or closing individual channels, which allows you to flexibly manage the direction of flow. We subject all our manifolds to quality control in order to provide customers with products they can rely on.
Application of symmetrical and lateral manifolds in industry
Symmetrical and lateral manifolds are used in a wide range of industries - from the woodworking industry, to plastics processing plants, to installations in the agricultural or recycling sector. In extraction systems, they make it possible to efficiently distribute the air flow between different collection points, and in bulk material handling lines - to direct the medium to selected equipment or tanks. Thanks to the possibility of making distributors in different diameters and configurations, we are able to fit them to almost any installation. For plants where the speed of line changeover is important, we can use mechanisms that allow rapid switching of flow direction. Our solutions increase system flexibility, improve efficiency and make the best use of available resources.
