What is the difference between MOVIMET AIR and standard hoses?

MOVIMET AIR hoses, compared to commonly available standard sawdust hoses:

• are characterized by solid workmanship and about twice the wall thickness - 0.8 mm (typical hoses have a wall of 0.4 mm),
• put much less resistance to air flow thanks to the practically smooth inner surface (standard "accordion" hoses have notches inside the size of a few millimeters, which increase air resistance, reduce the active cross-section of the hose and are easily abraded),
• have high abrasion resistance,
• have increased resistance to overpressure and underpressure,
• are flame retardant (according to DIN 4102-B1),
• have permanently antistatic walls (electrical and surface resistance <10ꝰ Ω) - prevent electrostatic discharge,
• walls are made of premium polyurethane (Pre-PUR®) resistant to chemically aggressive wood species and wood preservatives.
