Polyurethane hose fi 250 wall 0.8 mm

The hoses are characterized by solid workmanship, high resistance to abrasion and microbes. They have increased pressure and vacuum resistance, and good resistance to oils, gasoline and chemicals. The hoses are flame retardant (according to DIN 4102-B1). They have anti-static walls (electrical and surface resistance <10ꝰ Ω).

Compliant with ATEX 2014/34/EU and German TRGS 727: pneumatic transport of flammable dust and bulk materials carried in bulk (Zone 22 internal); transport of flammable liquids (Internal Zone: 0, 1, 2); transport of non-flammable liquids; use of zone 1 and 2(gases), use in zone 0 (gases).

Polyurethane hoses meet the safety requirements of the Holz-BG wood industry insurance company.

Complies with DIN 26057 Type 2.

Adapted to the regulations of the RoHS directive.

The hoses can operate in a temperature range of -40⁰C to 90⁰C, short-term transport can even take place at temperatures up to 125⁰C.

The hose is constructed from:

• spring steel wire permanently embedded in the wall,
• wall: resistant to aggressive wood species and wood preservatives, permanently anti-static premium polyurethane (Pre-PUR®); wall thickness of about 0.8mm.

Hose parameters:

• Vacuum - 0.020 bar / 2,000 Pa
• Storage length - 10 m.
