Information clause

In accordance with Article 13 (1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016, we would like to inform you that:

2. we process your data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b). Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data, because it is necessary for the performance of the contract concluded with us, including:

- fulfill the purchase contract,

- responding to an inquiry.

3. your personal data will be processed by us, for a period of time:

- in the case of entering into a contract with us, the law requires us to process your personal data for tax and accounting purposes for a period of 5 years from the beginning of the year following the fiscal year in which the contract was entered into,

- in the case of responding to an inquiry, your personal data will be processed by us for the validity of the offer, not exceeding 2 years.

(4) Your personal data may be shared with entities that provide us with email services, IT services and shipping companies, as well as entities authorized under relevant laws.

(5) We guarantee the fulfillment of your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. the right of access, rectification and deletion of your data, restriction of their processing, as well as the right to object to the processing of your personal data if we are not under a legal obligation to continue processing them.

(6) You have the right to lodge a complaint in connection with our processing of your personal data to the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
