Cyclone C-4800 fi 710 with return spiral

Separation cyclone with cylinder diameter fi 710 mm. Maximum throughput: 4800 m3/h.
Thanks to the return spiral, the output air from the cyclone after appropriate filtration can be reintroduced into the room.
A distinguishing feature among the competition is the rotary mounting of the return spiral, which makes it much easier to fit into the pipeline.

Cyclones are used for gravitational separation of solid particles from air. They are used in the pneumatic transport of shavings, sawdust, granulates, middlings, feed, film flakes, skin offcuts, etc.
In order to properly select a cyclone and possible additional elements (such as a cell lock), we invite you to read the section "Technical advice" and contact us.
The cyclone must operate in a vertical position. Sawdust is discharged through the bottom outlet, and cleaned air is discharged through the top outlet.
Note: No cyclone ensures 100% separation efficiency!
