We offer complete sets for separating dust (shatter, fine fraction) from ground plastics, based on two-fraction cyclones and fans manufactured by us.
Sets are priced individually on the basis of established customer needs.

The support structure is adapted for placing a pallet with a BIG-BAG bag under the outlet of the coarse fraction. On one of the walls of the structure a bag is attached, in which the fine fraction is collected.
The upper outlet of the cyclone is connected to replaceable filter bags, which carry the air out of the system.
As standard, cyclones are equipped with a sieve containing holes fi 3 mm.
Dual-fraction cyclones do not have 100% efficiency in separating dust from the coarse fraction - dust may partially enter the BIG-BAG.
The posts of the support structure have holes placed every 100 mm, which allows the cyclone to be fixed at different heights depending on the needs.
