New product
The cell sluice is designed for installation under a cyclone or filter. It also has a wide range of applications for feeding and dispensing a variety of bulk materials.
SCO-type sluices are equipped with round connections, which saves vertical space at the expense of lower capacity compared to SC-type sluices.

A cell sluice (colloquial: cell) is also called a cellular, rotary, rotary or sector valve or dispenser. With cell sluices, it is possible to operate cyclones on the vacuum side, as well as work in systems with filter stations.
The device is suitable for bulk raw materials such as sawdust, shavings, dust, pellets, plastic pellets, regranulate, recyclate, ground cables, paper and leather offcuts, fish meal, potato meal, ground beet and others.
Cellular sluices are also used for material batching (versions with a reinforced rotor and a more powerful drive are available for full-feed operation).
All sluices manufactured by MOVIMET AIR have a double peripheral shaft seal (which increases bearing life compared to competitive units).
Locks of standard design have a drive rigidly connected to the body. Such sluices can only be used where it is certain that no large element that could block the sluice rotor (e.g., a wooden block, scrap wood, agglomerated lumps of plastic, etc.) will enter the sluice. Otherwise, for applications where there is a risk of occasional occurrence of such elements, we recommend using sluices with an impact mitigation system and a rotor blockage sensor (NN, PU NN, BN versions).
Sluices in standard and NN versions are equipped with rubber seals. For applications where rapid seal wear may occur (e.g., in the recycling industry), we recommend purchasing sluices equipped with polyurethane seals (PU, PU NN, BN versions).
The device in the version is designed only for operation with materials that do not pose an explosive hazard in rooms without an explosive atmosphere.
