Polyurethane hose fi 250 wall 0.4 mm

Premium polyurethane (Pre-PUR®) hose in a lightweight design with a wall thickness of S=0.4 mm.
It is used where increased compressibility and flexibility are required (e.g. CNC machine head extraction) or where only fine dust is transported over a short distance.
For most applications, we recommend hoses with a wall thickness of 0.8 mm due to their greater durability and lower flow resistance.

The hoses have high compressibility (3:1) and high resistance to abrasion and microbes. They have good resistance to oils, gasoline and chemicals. The hoses are flame retardant (according to DIN 4102-B1). They have permanently antistatic walls (electrical and surface resistance <10ꝰ Ω).
Compliant with ATEX 2014/34/EU and German TRGS 727: pneumatic transport of flammable dusts and bulk materials carried in bulk (Zone 22 internal); transport of non-flammable liquids; use of Zone 1 and 2(gases).
Polyurethane hoses meet the safety requirements of the Holz-BG wood industry insurance company.
Complies with DIN 26057 Type 1.
Adapted to the regulations of the RoHS directive.
The hoses can operate in a temperature range of -40⁰C to 90⁰C, short-term transport can even take place at temperatures up to 125⁰C.
The hose is constructed from:
- spring steel wire permanently embedded in the wall,
- wall: resistant to aggressive wood species and wood preservatives, permanently anti-static premium polyurethane (Pre-PUR®).
We cut any length according to customer requirements.
Maximum length in one section is 10 mb.
