Effective separation of chaff - the key to efficient feed production

To meet the needs of our customers, we have developed specialized cyclones for separating chaff from the air in feed production lines. Separation of this type of lightweight material is a challenge due to its peculiarities - low weight and susceptibility to floating in the air stream. Thanks to the development of special dimensional ratios, our cyclones achieve high efficiency even in such demanding applications.

Currently, special cyclones for separating chaff are already in operation in two production lines at one of our customers, and a third line is in the project phase, and the customer has already announced another purchase from MOVIMET AIR.

• Suction-side and discharge-side piping - to ensure optimal air and material flow.
