The housing spiral and impeller blade pads are made of wear-resistant HARDOX® steel.

WMPT series fans are used in more extensive pneumatic conveying systems.
WMPT series transport fans are designed for pneumatic transport of sawdust, shavings, flakes, granules, paper cuttings, dried, leather, plastics and other bulk substances of a similar nature.
The fan must not be used in explosive atmospheres or for transporting gases or substances that threaten to explode.
The device is not suitable for pumping air containing corrosive or viscous contaminants.
