Transport fan WMT-3

The WMT-3 fan, available in our offer, is one of the most widely used devices for operating small woodworking stations and similar materials in the extraction of sawdust, chips and dust.

The fan cannot be used in explosive atmospheres or for transporting gases or substances threatening to explode.

The device is not suitable for pumping air containing corrosive or viscous contaminants.

What is the WMT-3 fan?

The WMT-3 fan is a device designed for pneumatic transport, which allows you to move bulk materials and dust by means of a stream of air. The fan allows you to suck the material into the pipeline (for example, sawdust extraction or dust collection) and transport the sucked material to the separator (cyclone, bag separator or filter station).

Application of WMT-3 fans in various industrial sectors.

WMT-3 fans can be used for sawdust extraction from machines equipped with one fi 200 mm connection or several smaller connections, e.g. 2x fi 140 mm, 4x 100 mm, 160 mm + 125 mm. Thus, the WMT-3 fan is often used as extraction of sawdust or chips from a thicknesser, sawmill, chainsaw. Note that among the transport fans with fi 200 mm connection in our offer, this is the least powerful model. For applications requiring the transport of large amounts of material or transport over longer distances, consider the WMT-4/200, WMT-5 WC models. We can assist you in selecting the appropriate fan.

The WMT-3 conveying fan, thanks to its robust impeller, successfully copes with typical applications in the wood, textile, paper industries. For applications such as transportation of wood chips, ground plastic waste, etc., we suggest using WC or H version fans. For the extraction of steam from the pellet cooler, we suggest using the PO version or the stainless steel version.

Unlike many other offerings, the outlet adapter for round cross section is included in the price of the fan.
