Fan WMT-2 PO - stainless steel execution

The PO version is characterized by an additional seal on the rotor hub, which prevents steam from the pumped medium from reaching the motor bearing.

In the case of pumping a very humid medium, there is often a situation when working elements made of structural steel quickly corrode. The resulting oxide layer is quickly worn away by the solid particles present in the medium, exposing the raw steel, which again corrodes and the erosion process continues. To prevent this, fans made of stainless steel are used. The primary applications for such fans are the extraction of steam and dust from the pellet cooler (or the aspiration of dust from the entire pellet production line) and the transportation of wet waste in the recycling industry.

Transport fans of the WMT series are designed for pneumatic transport of sawdust, shavings, flakes, pellets, paper cuttings, dried, leather, plastics and other bulk substances of a similar nature.

Transport distance: up to 30 m (depending on the resistance of the pipeline).

The fan must not be used in explosive atmospheres or for transporting gases or substances that threaten to explode.

The device is not suitable for pumping air containing corrosive or viscous contaminants.
